Return Policy & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure a smooth process, please contact us via email before sending any return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you how and where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.You can always contact us for any return question at hello@evangelinez.com.
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. For hygiene and quality assurance, items with removed or damaged tags cannot be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that due to the nature of our materials, natural variations in pearls and gemstones, as well as slight differences in color, are not considered defects.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale. In addition, all sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Customs & Import Taxes
Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

This piece is designed for personal wear. Due to small components, it is not suitable for young children.Our materials are carefully selected for quality and comfort. If you have sensitivities or allergies, please review the material details before wear.
