Shipping & Delivery (United States & Canada)

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. All prices are listed in USD.

United States

Free Standard Shipping (3–6 business days) on orders over $79
Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)
Priority Shipping (1–3 business days)

Canada

Standard Shipping (7–21 business days)
Priority Shipping (3–7 business days)

Please note that international orders, including Canada, may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon delivery, depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & Fulfillment

In-Stock Items: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped promptly.

Made-to-Order Items: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days and shipped once ready.

Mixed Orders: 

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, it will be shipped together once all items are ready.
If you prefer split shipments, please contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs clearance.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday delivery may vary depending on the carrier.

Shipping Responsibility

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@evangelinez.com ,and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Address Changes & Refused Shipments

Address Changes: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

Refused Shipments: If a package is refused, any refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and return fees.
